India has the world’s worst road safety record. 377 people die every day on Indian roads. Of course all of these statistics aren’t caused by car related accidents alone, but they do contribute a large enough chunk – 16%. To help push the need for safer cars, Global NCAP has been conducting a series of crash tests. We have been there through it all, and after bringing you the exclusive details in round one, now the second round of tests are on CNB. We also have special guests discussing the issue – like Max Mosely, Chairman of Global NCAP, Pawan Goenka, President of Mahindra’s Auto Divisions and Vijay Chhibber, the Road Transport Secretary of the Govt of India.
