Samajwadi Party vs Doctors: strike continues, patients suffer

The standoff between striking doctors and the Akhilesh Yadav government continues. The doctors say they want MLA Irfan Solanki and the SSP Yashaswi Yadav punished for what they call an attack on the medical fraternity. Meanwhile, their talks with the chief minister have collapsed and the strike continues. Caught in the crossfire are helpless patients as OPD and emergency services are crippled across Uttar Pradesh.
