Several Adarsh Societies are in the making in Ghaziabad: President FAOA

Alok Kumar, the president of Federation of Apartment Owners’ Association, Ghaziabad says that properties have been registered without any checks or verifications in in the city. He adds that there could be several ‘Adarsh Society’ kind of buildings in the city and hapless owners might not even be aware that their properties are illegal. We discuss the issues concerning registration of properties and how the authorities in Ghaziabad have been callous about implementing the UP Apartment Act. (Audio in Hindi)
