Sheila Dikshit has never seriously worked to resolve any issue in the state: Dr Harsh Vardhan

Speaking to NDTV, Dr Harsh Vardhan who is the BJP’s CM candidate for Delhi’s assembly elections says that in the last fifteen years Sheila Dikshit has never seriously worked to resolve any of Delhi’s problems.
