‘Take bribe but vote for us’: Is AAP fighting corruption or encouraging it?

Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal has asked Delhi voters to take bribes offered by the Congress and the BJP but vote for his party in the state elections due on February 7 and even demand bribes if not offered any. The Congress has called it a gross violation of the Model code of conduct and said it will take the matter to the Election Commission. Should an anti-corruption crusader be exhorting to people to take bribes, and why has the AAP not approached the Election Commission if it has complaints about rival parties bribing voters?
