The Campa Cola conundrum?

The Supreme Court today stayed the demolition of 89 illegal flats in Worli’s Campa Cola. The Supreme Court said that it was badly disturbed by media reports on it and took this action, suo moto. But can this relief granted to 100 odd families be used as a precedent by over 5000 illegal, unauthorised buildings in Mumbai?
