Trouble for Congress-Omar Abdullah alliance?

The Congress’ five-year alliance with the National Conference seems to be in serious trouble, just months ahead of key national polls. The National Conference of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has threatened to snap ties if a proposal to create new administrative units in the state is not approved in a cabinet meeting on February 1.
