Ujjain factory fire: toll rises to 17, probe ordered

A magisterial probe has been ordered into the death of 17 people in a major fire at a cracker factory in Badnagar, 70 kms from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. The owner of the factory has also been detained after an FIR was registered against him.
