Upward trajectory in hiring likely in 2014: HCL Tech

Prithvi Shergill, chief human resources officer at HCL Tech told NDTV that with the US spend looking promising for the year, hiring might go up. HCL Tech will continue to hire freshers well in time and the new staggered reward programme will continue, he added.
