Varun Gandhi’s returns to his roots

Roadside Republic: BJP national secretary Varun gandhi launched his Lok Sabha campaign in Sultanpur today. His candidature is yet to be announced from Sultanpur, but it’s being seen as a return of the “Other” Gandhi to the family bastion. Sultanpur is just adjacent to Amethi, his cousin and congress vice president Rahul Gandhi’s constituency. Varun’s father Sanjay Gandhi was once a Lok sabha MP from the parliamentary seat of Amethi.
