Famous Psephologist Sir David Butler talks about how he and NDTV’s Dr Pronnoy Roy invented the word “psephologist” and how they started a systematic study of elections. Sir Butler is still known as the father of the “Swing”. He also speaks about the Congress and the BJP and the rise of Narendra Modi. He says he is happy that the country is now slowly moving away from caste politics and starting to re-unite India.
