Will Lokpal remain in cold storage with no LoP in Parliament?

On Prime Time we discuss the whether the Lokpal bill which was passed after years of agitations by team Anna will remain in cold storage in the absence of Leader of Opposition Party in Parliament. The Supreme Court had questioned the Centre about how it will proceed with the appointment of Lokpal whose selection committee includes LoP, when no party has been given LoP status by the ruling government.
