Winning Asian Games gold vs Pakistan was extremely special: Raghunath to NDTV

After winning a historic gold medal against Pakistan in the 2014 Asian Games at South Korea, members of the Indian men’s hockey team talked to NDTV about their success. Drag-flicker Raghunath said the fact that the gold medal was won against Pakistan on Gandhi Jayanti made it even more special. Coach MK Kaushik said India have their task cut-out as far as matching top hockey teams from the world was concerned because the competition is tough. While captain Sardar Singh was at his quiet best, goal-keeping hero PR Sreejesh hailed Sardar as a captain who was always in control on the field.
