Woman caught in flood rescued after several hours of efforts by locals

A woman was caught on a small portion of elevated land in the middle of a river when the water flow increased, preventing her being able to come back to the bank. Locals along with personnel from Uttarakhand’s disaster management had to struggle for several hours to bring her back to safety. (Audio in Hindi)
