Young children beg adult, allegedly their teacher, to spare them

It is the sort of footage that can move even stoic news journalists to tears. For nearly three minutes, three young visually challenged children are caned. The assaulter, allegedly the school principal, also visually challenged, delivers blow upon blow. The children can be seen and heard screaming, begging to be spared.
