‘Zero loss of life’ due to Phailin, says IMD chief

A day after the massive Cyclone Phailin made landfall on the Odisha coast, there is good news to report. Despite the intensity of the storm, the weather department today said there has been zero casualty. “There seems to be zero loss of life,” IMD chief LS Rathore said.
