Raw: Heavy Rain Causes Massive Flooding in China

Heavy rains brought landslides, flooding, and power cuts to China’s southwest, leaving eight people dead and a further 24 missing, Chinese state media reported on Tuesday. The worst-affected area has been around the Chongqing municipality. (Sept. 2)
