Rail fare rollback, no hike in gas prices – populism or reform?

After talking about a “bitter pill” and the dire need to hike rail fares, the partial rollback has critics going after the BJP lead government for backing down. And now a decision on hiking gas prices is also deferred by three months. Is this government as pro-reform as it is claiming to be? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
