Congress defeat an outcome of inflation, graft: Farooq
New Delhi – New and Renewable Energy Minister Farooq Abdullah said Monday that the Congress’s colossal defeat in the recent Delhi assembly polls is the outcome of inflation, corruption and other anti-people activities during the 15 years’ rule.
He said though the poll defeat is a jolt to the Congress, that does not affect the National Conference from being a UPA ally.
“We have been with the UPA in bad times and will continue to support them”, said Farooq Abdullah.
