Subrata remain in prison, sc rejected the company’s offer

New Delhi -Sahara Group chief Subrata Roy will spend a few days in jail . The Supreme Court has turned down a new resort . He pleaded Sahara within three months a year, is set to return investors’ money in installments, but the court said that the offer was inadequate belated step.

Friday morning Sahara counsel appeared before the court three times . Describing himself helpless pleaded for mercy every time . In that situation, no one is willing to lend them . So to sell your property, the court lifted the ban on them . Sahara Sahara new proposal within three days to two thousand five hundred crore rupees deposited with SEBI . Similar amount will be paid every three months . 19 thousand crore rupees in the three months to one year will be credited . All the money will be paid in cash .

SEBI said that 15 per cent interest in the amount of 37 thousand million is still outstanding . Saying the Supreme Court rejected the new offer of support that the first installment of the resort is very low . The Court stated that this proposal has not been honest .

The Supreme Court on Wednesday Sahara chief Subrata Roy was sent to jail . Investors return to the resort is approximately 20 thousand crores . This money is to divide the investors by SEBI . Sahara was illegally launched two housing scheme in which he raised money from the market . The court had ordered a half years ago that investors’ money is returned along with the interest . But the resort is deferred to return the money .
