India, Pakistan, Afghanistan can only be friends: Sharif

Islamabad – Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Friday said India, Afghanistan and Pakistan have no other option but to become good friends.

In an interview to a Turkish media house, Sharif said neighbours could not be changed, Geo News reported.

He said India, Afghanistan and Pakistan have the only option of living like good friends.

Sharif added that it has also been agreed with the Afghan President Hamid Karzai that the two countries – Pakistan and Afghanistan – would not allow their respective territories to be used against each other.
