Karnataka Minister resigns over illegal mining allegation

Bangalore – Karnataka’s Information Minister Santosh Lad has resigned from the Siddaramaiah-led Congress Government.

Lad submitted his resignation to the chief minister on Friday evening after being allegedly charged with having played a role in illegal mining activities in the state.
