Aurangabad – Six people were killed in a landmine blast in Aurangabad, Bihar. The maoist attack targeted the police jeep resulting in the death of six jawans. According to tv reports, the landmine blast was intended to blow up the police jeep.

Further details are awaited. Recently the maoist attack in Bihar has increased. On Nov 30, maoists had opened fire on a passenger train in Bihar’s Munger district killing three GRP jawans.
