New Delhi: Union Minister Manish Tewari has been summoned by a Mumbai Magistrate court in connection with a defamation suit filed by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari.

The court has directed Tewari to pay a bond of Rs 10,000.

The suit was filed by Gadkari in December 2010 after Tewari accused him of holding ‘a benami’ flat in the scam-tainted Adarsh Society.
