Prices start from Rs. 50 for furnished, clean non-AC single bedroom accommodations to Rs.150 and above for a double bed accommodation.

The government run guesthouses and resorts are good options, which guarantee the quality of service. These government run facilities are spread out across the Andaman Islands giving the traveler numerous options to choose from. The popular ones include the Andaman Teal House at Port Blair, room rent here is Rs. 800 for a AC Double Bedroom. Hornbill Nest Resort on Corbyn's Cove, Dolphin Resort on Havelock Island (provides VIP Cottages for Rs. 2000), Hawksbill Nest on Cuthbert Bay, Turtle Resort in Diglipur and accommodation in tents in the Radhanagar Beach on the Havelock Island all provide clean and safe lodging options.
