Spectacular Views and Budget Friendly prices are all available.

All the major areas of the city provide accommodation options to suit all budget and needs.

In the Northern end of the city, Juhu is a great place to enjoy your stay. Stay in Juhu would mean you are close to the airports. A spectacular view of the Sea and celebrity spotting is part of the package. The area is lined with many four and five star hotels. At the higher end of the budget are the JW Marriott and The Leela. A little less expensive but providing amenities that are world class are the Tulip Star and the Holiday Inn. The Orchid is another great option for a luxurious stay. It is the city's first eco hotel and the stay here is definitely worthed for the price when you know that you are contributing positively to the environment. A level down from these top of the line hotels are Ramada Palm Grove, Sea Princess and Sun 'n' Sand which is packed throughout the year. A little away from the beach there are some good options at a considerably cheaper price.

On the Southern side of the city, Colaba is a bustling and vibrant place which offers some good accommodation options. In the five star category are The Oberoi, Taj President and the famous Taj Mahal Hotel at Apollo Bunder. On the Marine Drive is the Marine Plaza, The Inter Continental. If you are considering Churchgate area then The Ambassador hotel is a great place. This is the only hotel in the city with a revolving restaurant. The convenience of being close to all the amenities and tourist attractions has prompted a host of budget hotels to set up their base in this area. West End Hotel at Churchgate, Hotel Diplomat, Hotel Harbour View are good options to consider in the mid range category. Bentley's Hotel in Colaba offers a friendly stay at an affordable price. When it comes to cheap hotels with great harbour views then the Sea Shore Hotel in Colaba definitely takes the crown.

Hotels close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), Mumbai Central are good options if you plan on traveling a lot. Hotel Manama, Hotel New Bengal, Railway Hotel in the Fort area are good options in the budget range. These hotels offer the unmatched convenience of being close to CST. Try avoiding the hotels which are directly opposite to the railway stations, a short walk will get you much friendlier, cheerful, cleaner hotels.
