Short description

Intense and Absorbing.. Experience the Raw Power of Nature at its best.

In mood for trying some place totally adventurous and out of the ordinary then gear up for trip to a place in the Himalayas to Ladakh and its capital city Leh.

Awe inspiring beauty, untouched barren land epitomizes this cold desert, which lies at an altitude of 3505 metres.

Wake up to the sound of gurgling streams, surreal landscapes, cascading mountains, snow-capped peaks, hanging glaciers, touch the clouds for a trip of a lifetime.

A trip to Ladakh is definitely not for the weak hearted, apart from the settings right from an artist's imagination, the rugged mountainous terrain takes a lot physically. So a trip to Ladakh would surely be more than just packing your bags and boarding a train.

Unlike the stark beauty of this cold desert, the people of Ladakh and their culture is vibrant and colourful. Enjoy the festivals and the ancient heritage of this land of Buddhism.

Trivia

Almost all the Gompas or the monasteries in Ladakh are built high up on a hill. The reason for their isolation is the essence of Buddhism. It is believed that higher the faith is, closer they are to the Almighty.
