Religious items and souvenirs including images of the goddess, picture postcards, carved images of the goddess in brass, silver, religious audio tapes, CD's are all available at stores operated by the Shrine Board at Bhawan, Sanji Chhat, Adhkanwari, Katra Bus Stand etc. One can buy chunris (long strips of cloth in cotton and silk), shawls and sarees to offer to the goddess. The Shrine Board has also introduced the sale of gold and silver coins with engraved images of the holy shrine. The coins are sold after having been placed at the feet of the goddess. The board guarantees purity of these items. The rates are fixed based on the prevalent market rates of the precious metals.
